Point 1- Should Marie Jenkins & Antonio Escudero be issued with invoices to cover the amount withdrawn from the CAM bank that has not been justified up to days date.

Decision---Yes they should be billed.
Point 2
The Telephone has been connected. All Bills accrued by the illegal committee have been paid.
Point 3
IBERDROLA have installed a new transformer. Arrangements have been made for them to be paid by Direct Debit.
Point 4
The CAM bank account opened by the committee is costing Mi-Sol bank charges.
Should it be closed down?

Decision---Close the CAM account.
Point 5
The Toilets in the Bar need repairing.
Votes---All agreed
Decision---The toilets should be repaired. Pepe will see Juan
Point 6
The Toilet Blocks used as Lockups. The cost of Electricity to the Comunidad.
Votes---All Agreed
Decision--- To send letters to all Toilet Block renters, giving one months notice that they must install their own meters at their own expense or be disconnected from the electricity supply.
Point 7
The bottom gate and the implications of persons unknown having keys to same.
Votes---All agreed as there are more people in a position to keep watch on the right hand gate.
Decision The left hand bottom gate to be sealed, in the aftermath of the fire on the 02.01.2004. Keys to be issued for the Right hand bottom gate.
Other Comments
Derek Olive mentioned putting spikes on top of the fence.
The accounts were discussed and certain procedures were put into place.
Simon will produce a list of debtors and a bank statement for Pepe every Monday.
Pepe will bring the Gastos book and invoices to match outgoings to the office every Monday.
