I Jose Riquelme Lorenzo Fiscal Number H03546884 Re-elected President at the 2003 A.G.M on this day 9/8/2004 give notice to all members of the Community of Mi Sol Park of the Annual General Meeting called for 25th September 2004 to be held at the Mi Sol Bar Terrace first call 10.00 Hrs second call 10.30 hrs

I will present to the community a representative from AMYME Administrator De Fincas of Torrevieja who the committee have appointed as administrators to Mi Sol in the interest of implementing impartial management of our financial and legal affairs which we hope will improve members confidence in management of the community.

The meeting will debate the following agenda.
1 Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous AGM.

2 Treasurers report and approval of the 2003 accounts.

3 Works completed and proposed projects.

4 Importance of formation of Association of Neighbors.

5Confirmation by Court of legality of Election of President, Action required to be taken towards members and their agents who show contempt of the court decision and collect Mi Sol funds from owners without legal Mandate.

6 Approval of a (Cost of Living) increase of Electricity and Water Tariffs. Proposed increase 15% after no increase for several years.
