2005-03-15-Letter from Pepe to all Owners

From Pepe to the Community March 2005

COMUNIDAD DE PROPIETARIOS
MI SOL-PARK
Torrevieja the 15th of march of 2005.
Dear owners,
We inform you that because of the continuous interferences of D. Antonio Escudero and D. Juan M. Lavado in the managements of the community (he did name himself president of the community), this is creating confusion between the owners, because of that some owners are paying their community fees and expenses for water and light into the account of this sir and not into the account of the community, (we want to remember you that the account of the community is in Banco Popular - account number 0075-1412-67-0600006937) and like this sir does not put the money in the account, (we do not know where the money goes), and the community account still supports all the expenses like water, light, etc. Of all the owners and because of that this account is reducing and the expenses growing, when this continues it's possible that the community won't have enough funds to pay all the expenses for your services, with all the inappropriateness for all (cuts of water, electricity, etc.).
Because of all the explained, we beg you to pay all the amounts you have got pending with the community, and in the case that you have payed them to D. Antonio Escudero, you have to request him to pay this amounts into the account of the community, when not the community will request you this payments.
Hereby we send you the inform made by Banco Popular, explaining that the president is D. Jose Riquelme and they dissolved the blockage made by D. Antonio Escudero.
Also we want you remember you that in the last meeting was approved to install doors in the entrance of the community, these doors won't work until the keys are not delivered; the keys are given in the office of the urbanization, after this and attending the petitions of the owners, there will be a opening-system to prevent inconvenience until the timetable, etc. Is organized.
Yours faithfully
The president The secretary
Jose Riquelme Alberto Espin Molina
