TO THE OWNERS OF MI-SOL PARK

At today’s committee meeting (05/11/2005) we were informed by our Administrator that there aren’t enough funds in the official Mi-Sol bank account held at Banco Popular to pay the direct debit relating to the Water and Electric Bills. (Iberdrola and AGAMED SA AGUA)

The next payment is due at the end of November 2005. Once this payment has been missed the Administrator is of the opinion that The President will receive a letter from both utility companies stating that the supplies will be discontinued (cut-off) after a period of approximately one month. This will bring us to the month of December.

The only way this disaster can be averted is for the owners with outstanding bills to go to Banco Popular and pay them.

José Riquelme (Pepe) has decided to put into writing the fact that he will not be standing for re-election during the AGM due to be called on the last Saturday of September 2006.

Any persons who wish to stand for president at that date should let their intentions be known and join the existing committee to familiarise themselves with the work already in hand.

El la junta del comité de hoy 5-11-2005 el administrador nos informa que no hay suficientes fondos en la cuenta de Mi-Sol Park (Banco Popular).

Para pagar por debito directo el agua y la electricidad a las compañías de Iberdrola (la luz) y Agamed SA (Agua).
El próximo pago es a finales de noviembre, si este no se paga, el Administrador nos comunica, que el presidente recibirá noticias. De estas compañías de utilidad, que le comunicaran que estas suministros serán cortados, después de un periodo aproximadamente de un mes esto nos traeré al mes de diciembre.
La única manera que este desastre se pueda evitar es para los propietarios paguen sus facturas en el Banco Popular. Lo antes posible.
José Riquelme (Pepe) ha decidido poner en escribir el hecho que él no estará representando ninguna re-elección durante el AGM debido ser llamado en el último sábado del 2006 de septiembre.
Cualquier persona que desea representar a presidente a esa fecha debe permitir sus intenciones se conozca y une el comité existente para ya familiarizarse con el trabajo en la mano.
