2007-09-29-Addition to Agenda of AGM

TO BE ADDED TO THE AGENDA OF THE AGM 29/09/2007

Proposals by Mrs. P. Olive Parcela 464

I would like to propose that the meters are read three times a year instead of 4.

This would cut down on work for the volunteers and also on work for APYME.

Anyone who prefers to pay more than 3 times a year can pay any amount they chose into the Banco Popular at any time.

I would like to propose that any spare money be kept to get the roads tarmacked as soon as possible.

I would like to propose that persons refusing to comply with Spanish law or Mi-Sol estatutes be charged for any work carried out on their behalf by contractors engaged by the Committee of Mi-Sol Park to remedy the situation.

This would include but is not limited to:

The clearing of garden rubbish etc.

The clearing of building rubble etc.

The removal of abandoned vehicles.

The clearing of dog mess.

The renovation of any site, which has been abandoned and is of a health or safety concern.

Persons not paying bills and invoking lawyers, etc be fined a minimum of 200 Euros, which is what the Lawyer charges Mi-Sol to act one its behalf and is not recoverable through the courts.

All persons to be reported to the Committee for walking a dog without a lead.
