Neill read the minutes of last weeks meeting.

Neill attended court for the case against owner Ramon, after consultation the case was cancelled to allow an agreement to be made. Paco, Neill, Alberto and the lawyers were there, Paco’s lawyer again asked for a meeting with Neill and Paco. Neill again refused as the lawyers fee to speak for Paco coming from Alicante, costs the community 200 Euros, Neill is adamant this is an unnecessary expenditure as the meeting could just as easily take place without lawyers present.

It was suggested we have a joint bank account for water and electricity, Neill refused as two bank accounts would not be practical. Paco seems to be unaware of how much it costs to run Mi-Sol. Paco agreed to pay into Banco Popular money for electric and water, this did not happen so it’s business as usual.

A vote was taken and agreed to charge Eva Barker 3 plots plus casa for the last 2 years.

Mi-Sol Bar has not paid any money for water & Electric and Bob has gone on holiday without setting up a Standing Order as promised.

Forms will be available from the office for owners to arrange Standing Orders providing they have sufficient funds in a Spanish bank account.

A complaint was lodged against Clara with regards to noisy motorcycles and unacceptable speed violations. A letter is to be sent to Clara about this and also about the broken fencing.

Due to the recent wet weather some electrical problems have occurred. Brian Woods caravan lights up when his shed lights go on, but these are not connected. Plot 506 – this meter is running when no electricity is being used, these are due to cables shorting out underground and must be sorted. The cost to the community was 410 Euros for cable to sort Eva Barker’s electrical problem and Mi-Sol has not got the money for major works to be undertaken such as this. Neill has volunteered to do this job and will only take expenses, a notice will be in the office for everyone to agree or disagree.

P. Olive is in the process of finding a solution to our gardening problem without incurring too much expense.

With regards to the swimming pool leak, an idea has been carried out to try and rectify this and will be tested out A.S.A.P

The selling of appropriated land has been modified, it has now been decided to rent it at a cost of 15 Euros per square meter per year. Volunteers are to find out which owners this applies to.

An Insurance Policy has come to light taken out by Pepe in June 2007 for the park, the first premium should have been paid in June and the next payment is due imminently, the policy needs to be clarified as it cost over 800 Euros for the year. This policy has now been cancelled, enquiries into an appropriate policy is ongoing.

It was decided that a float of 500 Euros for expenses to Mi-Sol be available on production of receipts, this cheque was made out portador by Neill and countersigned by L. Jeminez in full view of the committee.-------------------MEETING CLOSED
