2. A draft copy of the handbook was presented and approval given for printing.

3. It has been confirmed by the lawyers and recommended by the auditor that credit can be given to those owners in lieu of work undertaken on Misol. At present it has been agreed that credit to account no. 63 in respect of maintenance of drains, account no. 18 in respect of painting exterior fence and finally to postie Bill in recognition of the service he has given to Mi-sol for a number of years.

4. After receiving the inspection report re the bar from an electrician, Bob has given us a copy of his inspection report following the fire in 2008. This contradicts the report from the electrician therefore it was unanimously agreed to order a further report from Pablo Espinosa.

5. After receiving one complaint with respect to the lack of hot water in the shower block, it was agreed the community should decide as to whether hot water should once again be available. In preparation we have received one quote from a plumber and are awaiting two more.

6. We have confirmation that legally we are allowed to install pre-paid electric meters for those who are in debt to the community. It was agreed that the flats should be the first test case, it will be necessary to install at least 2 meters to cope with the supply. There will be 3 more pre paid meters installed on the plots of the biggest debtors. It was unanimously agreed that the cost of installing the meters should fall onto the owners and will be added to their accounts. Effected owners will be informed of the committee's decision and the procedure.

7. The Town Hall has delivered the consignment of post boxes for our use. A structure will have to be built to house the boxes therefore it was agreed to put it to the community at the AGM for their decision. In the mean time the system that is currently in place will remain.
