•    We will talk to Iberdrola with regards to the last bill. We believe the bill is too high and

we would like it re-read. S. Shaw said that they have been doing estimated billing. P.

Hopkins will talk to them.

•    J. Titterton has been ringing Insurance companies for an estimate for public liability

insurance. She has got 2 quotes;
1.        €357 for €120,000      2.        €135 for €135,000
We need cover for all public buildings and land. J. Titterton will carry on with this.

•    We have received an estimate for the work needed on the drainage system at the

bottom of the park. The estimate is for €3,763.00. We will look into the estimate while we

wait for more quotes.

•    We have spoken to J. Munoz regarding the street lighting. We are still waiting for the bill

for said work, but there is still a problem by circle K.

•    The numbering of all the street lights has been completed. We would like to thank the

owner of plot 274 for all his work.

•    We have been informed of the theft of the water cupboard doors in some circles. We also

have proof of the theft of an owner's gates. There has also been another break in to another

house. H. Holt saw the driver of the red car registered in Bulgaria removing pieces of metal

from the garden of a neighbour.

We are looking into the possibility of re-starting the security cameras; we have also received

an estimate for security from a security company. We will also be looking into the possibility

of car-park style barriers.

We will be doing a poster to inform residents to be vigilant.
•    The boilers have been removed from the shower blocks. We have to provide water, but

not hot water. We can reduce costs for the community and for each owner.

For the moment we will leave the remaining shower blocks open. When we need to raise capital we can rent them out T. Morris continues to use a lock-up illegally, we are waiting for the judgment from the courts.

There are 2% lock-ups still available.

We will be talking to Rosario regarding Paco's (Bar) stuff and with the progress of the court case.

Clara has paid her 2009 bills into our account. She has also given us copies of justificantes to be looked at.

The owner of plot 117 has also given us copies of justificantes to be looked at.

It has been decided that we should inform the community when debt is written off.

Rosario & Fuensanta have offered their services for €300 per month, but we can negotiate. They have accepted €200 per month for the time being. They will be submitting a run down.

P. Hopkins informed the committee over Cave-Cova, the confederation of Associations of Neighbours. They cover the help in town planning and legal matters for a cost of €12 p/a.
We will discuss it again at a future committee meeting.

We were informed over the meeting with Lucas. He will work as the gardener for a Price of €500 monthly. We will inform him of the work that needs to be done, and he must present a bill on completion of the month. We will pay for the materials separately. If there is any extraordinary work, like the repair of the electric box in front of the flats which was damaged in the wind, he must in future, present a bill before the work is started.

We need some helpers to sit in the office on Thursdays and Fridays. The committee members who usually do the office will be away. Any resident willing to help, please inform the office.
