Minutes of the last meeting were passed around for reading.

As of yesterday the bank statement was €6245.01 due to the fact that additional monies have been paid out to replace and repair damage to the pool pumping system.

Mrs Arnold was approached and asked if she could settle the sale of Plot 582 which she did therefore bringing the bank statement to €18,868.06.

The gardeners are still keeping up with the job of clearing the park and spraying for weeds and mosquitoes. It was agreed to pay them the outstanding €1500.

Costs for the green hedging to be put around the boundary fence of the swimming pool have been realised at €500, it was decided to defer the decision to go ahead with this until a later meeting.

Notices in Spanish and English are required to be sited at the pool explaining the situation with respect to a Lifeguard.  These disclaimers are necessary putting the responsibility of usage onto individual users.

Security lights are to be fitted beside the bar as discussed at the last meeting.

Electricity prices are to rise again by 5%, this increase will show on the next bills due in October.

Anne Impey resigned from the committee.

The next official meeting will be the first Tuesday in September at 09.30am to fall in line with the Spanish habit of closure in August.
