MINUTES OF THE GENERAL ORDINARY MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY OF OWNERS“MI-SOL PARK”, HELD THE TWENTY SEVENTH OF SEPTEMBER OF TWOTHOUSAND AND EIGHT.
In the town of Torrevieja, Alicante, at ten houres of the twenty seventh of September of twothousand and eight, met in General Ordinary Meeting the owners of the community “Mi-Sol Park”, in second convocation, previous convocation in the Bar of the Community, where the next owers assist or are represented annese I, passing next to treat the themes of the dayorder, adopting the next agreements:
First the president D. Neil Stacey thanks all for their assistance to this present meeting reflecting in the minutesbook his thanks and of all of this government board for the received help during this period.
FIRST.- Aproval of the minutes of the previous meeting.
The minutes of the General Ordinary Meeting of 2007 is approved unanimously.
SECOND.- Aproval of the accounts of the previous year (from 01/01/2.007 to 31/12/2.007).
After the reading of the balance of the previous year and with the necesary explains this one is approved and next transcribed.

THIRD.- Inform of the president.
It's indicates that after the las General Meeting it was tried to have contact with the part of D. Antonio Escudero y D. Francisco Martinez, like approved in the meeting, but after various times we gave up. Because in a first moment the president D. Neil Stacey and the vicepresident of D. Francisco Martinez came to an agreement but this was never made in writing because of various motives. The president D. Neil Stacey informs the meeting that during this year was won the court case in Elche at the date of 13,05,2008; of which D. Antonio presents us a not official resource.
During this present year were paid out a big amount of pending receipts to the social security 30.000,- €, part of them were from us but most were from contract realised by D. Antonio Escudero.
It's informed that the local quotes are now included in the receipt of the community fee so we can reclaim this better at the court.
The president informs that the repair of the pool made in this spring was late finished because of some problems. The works costs about 50,000,- € and the rest is paid by a monthly payment over 2,000,- € including the pool maintenance.
FOURTH.‑ Adoption of measures against debtors.
The meeting agrees to take to a consultant’s office the outstanding amounts, venced or fund provisions ordinary or extraordinary approved in a meeting and not paid by the owners to the community; agreeing also that the expenses made by this must be paid by the debtor (previous reclaim, conciliation act, lawyers, etc, also when this is not included in the law) like also the financiering of the debt or not covered bank account, using the law 8/1.999 of the horizontal law 49/1.960.
Next is read the unpaid at the 31‑12‑08, which list will be reflected as annexe II.
FIFTH .- Election of the government board for 2.008/2.009.
It's proceed to ask for members of the community. The administration indicates that the president is elected for 2 years as approved in the statutes.

SIXTH.- Aproval of the budget for 2.008
D. Neil Stacey, proposes to increase the community fees for the next exercise of 2.009 in 5 %, approving at the same time that the expenses for electricity and water have to go up at the same time as Iberdrola and Agamed bills.
It's remembered to all the owners that the payments are due in January.
Asking the present owners this is approved by majority and the list is as annexe III.
SEVENTH.- Any other business.
Come to this point the next is agreed:
1.- D. Gregorio indicates that D. Juan Lavado named himself as administrator and lawyer of the community and send the owners into a problem they nobody wants.
2.- D. Neil Stacey proposes to install the entrance doors of the community to make the community more save. At the same time there will be installt some vigilance cameras on the fence so that anybody out of the community comes over them.
3.- It's proposed to realise the tarmacking of the streets, this project is not accepted because the high expense. In the case the community makes it, it's necessary also to make the drains. In the case of necessity there will be repairs.
4.- It's remembered to the owners with dogs to take away the “rests” of their dogs when the go around.
5.- Dña. Sheila informs to assisting owners that the suma bill are in the community office.
6.- D. Francisco Riquelme indicates in a letter to the administration that all the owners without the “escritura” have to present their documentation as soon as possible and make it before jannuary 2009.
Come to this point without anything else to treat the meeting is closed at 13.00 hours, at the same day.
