MINUTES OF THE GOVERNMENT BOARD MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY OF OWNERS MI SOL-PARK.
HELD ON THE 4TH OF AUGUST 2006.

In the town of Torrevieja, Alicante, at ten hours and thirty minutes of the
fourth of august of 2006, met in government board meeting, in first convocation, in the offices of the community, where all the government board assist, adopting the next agreements:

The meeting is opened by D. José Riquelme, president of the community
informing about the court cases against the debtors, indicating that 150 are
made (judicial and extrajudicial), 130 are finished (some with sentence and
waiting for the money and others finished extra judicially paying the debts) 100 of them are paid, showing to the rest of the government board part of the
payments made by the court into the community account.

It’s agreed to open a file in the office to control these payments and as
information for the rest of the owners – showing the same in the notice board
It’s proposed to cut the electricity cables to the lights in the circles “T” and
“U” like these are the onliest inside of all the community, this proposal is not
accepted.

It’s agreed to send the bills to the bar monthly (rent, electricity and water
expenses) and not each 3 months as now, with that the pending payments by
the tenant will be less, and there is a better control for the water and electricity
bills, agreeing that the government board gives the reading of the water and
light to the administrator and the same will send then the bill.

It’s agreed to ask the lawyer of the community Dña, Rosario Andreu, to
require to Dña Clara Ortiz explaining her to move out of the community area she is using without permise.

It’s discussed about the increase of the community fees for Dña. Clara Ortiz
like there are more constructions on the same area, asking Terry to measure the
realised constructions and with this and the approved quotes, in the next
government board meeting the new quote will be calculated.

It’s agreed to make a letter standard explaining to the owners that when
they rent they have to inform the office about the names of the tenants.
It’s agreed to retire the material of the lock-up rented by D. John Marsh
and Jeff Sue, but they are not an owner in the community, like also the retire of
the parked boat in community area.

It’s opened a discussion about the next General Ordinary Meeting for the
last Saturday of September; it’s indicated that we are waiting for information of
the lawyer Dña. Rosario Andreu over the theme to include or not in the day order “election of the government board”, or if it’s necessary to wait until the sentence ratifies that D. José Riquelme is the president and then realize elections.

It’s indicated that because of some circumstances some meter are not
read, agreeing that the recommended person informs the president about it and have a solution as soon as possible.

The meeting indicated that the sign at the entrance should be taken away,
like it was asked to the company and then to the town hall waiting for the results, agreeing to take a decision after the summer when this is not taken away.

At twelve hours and thirty minutes of the same day the meeting is closed.
