SUMMARY OF THE INFORMATION MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY OF OWNERS “MI SOL-PARK”,
HELD ON THE 6TH OF JULY OF 2.006

In the town of Torrevieja, Alicante, at ten hours and thirty minutes of the 6th of July of 2.006, met in information meeting, in the bar of the community, invited to this the lawyers of the community Dña. Rosario Andréu and Dña. Fuensanta Alenda of the enterprise Andréu y Alenda, Abogados.

The president of the community D. José Riquelme thanks to all the persons for their assistance indicating that this here is just to inform, in second he apologizes to the owners which have paid to D. Antonio Escudero the community fees by mistake and have a judicial process reclaiming this amounts, with the disturb and expenses involves this, indicating, that in all the solved cases, the owner had to pay the fees to the community by judicial order. The community wants to indicate that they do not know the
destiny of the money what the owners have paid to D. Antonio Escudero, thinking that they paid the maintenance of the community expenses, water and light inclusive, because this money is not paid into the account of the community in Banco Popular.

Next take the word Dña. Rosario Andreu indicating that there are 150 reclaims because of no payment open, (like it’s approve in the last meeting of 01/10/05, the list of the same was next), many of them are owners which have paid their quotes to D. Antonio Escudero, 130 of 150 are celebrated and in all of the cases the judge decided in favour of the community, condemned the owners to pay, independent that they have paid or not to D. Antonio Escudero, because in all the cases the judge has decided that the president of the community is D. José Riquelme and because of that he is the only authorised person to get community money.

The administration makes a small summery of the financial situation of the community, indicating that the situation has changed at the beginning of the exercise where we started without enough money for the light and water, and in this moment there is some because of recovering pending quotes, but it’s still necessary to go on and obtain the total of pending quotes, remembering to all the owners that they can get any information about their accounts in the offices of the administration:

Dña. Rosario Andréu, and Dña. Fuensanta Alenda offers themselves to represent the owners which have paid their quotes to D. Antonio Escudero and are in judicial process because of him, reclaiming the devolution of the paid amounts, indicating that sometimes the court expenses are higher than the reclaimed amounts, for this you can contact:
