2006-08-29-Committee Meeting

MINUTES OF THE GENERAL ORDINARY GOVERNMENT MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY OF OWNERS MI SOL-PARK, HELD ON THE 29TH OF AUGUST OF 2.006.

In the town of Torrevieja, Alicante, at ten hours and thirty minutes of the
twenty ninth of august of 2.006, met in General meeting of the government
board in the offices of the community where the members of the government
board assists, the next agreements were adopted:

The meeting is opened by D. José Riquelme, president of the community,
informing about the documentation to send with the invitation for the next
General Ordinary Meeting which will be done on the thirtieth of September of this
year:

- Invitation and Day order for the meeting and the proxy-votes, agreeing to
accept fax and e-mail delegations.
- Information about the general actuations made since the last general
ordinary meeting.
- Balance of the exercise 2.005, and study of the same, agreeing to
simplefy the presented acounts, indicating to make a cash account balance.
- Debtors list at 31/12/05 and one up to date (the most prox. To the
30/09/06), indicating that the debtors at 31/12/2005 without payments can’t vote
in the meeting, indicating that the lawyers of the community will make a
summary of the court actions realised up to date for the community fee debts
and the used water and electricity.

- Changes in the Government board, agreeing unanimously that the
tresurer D. Simón Egdinton changes to member and the the new vice-president
will be D. Stacey Anthony Neill C. instead of the actual one, indicating that in this
point the lawyers of the community will explain why the charge of president can’t
be voted until the last impugn, about the presidency by D. José Riquelme, made
by D. Antonio Escudero is not finished.

- It’s agreed to propose an increase of 5% in the community and actualize
the Water and Electricity bill, 0% for the electricity and 20% for the water.

- It’s agreed to cance the community toilets after this meeting so that the
owners are advised.

At twelve houres of the same day the meeting is closed.
