Unofficial Meeting 04/12/07

Present: N.Stacey, S. Shaw, P.Whitehead, A.Impey, L. Foley.

Lyn read the minutes of the last meeting.

Lockup No 9 - Neill has drafted a letter for the admistrator to send to Mrs. Jones.

Neill is to keep written copies of things to be done by the Administrator in order to clarify actions and Pat is to continue dealing with the Accountant.

Bank balance - 6412.53 Euros - the water bill is usually estimated at 4,000 Euros, the last bill was 1,700 Euros as a result of the pool being emptied. APYME has submitted a bill for 6,500 Euros, Neill suggested a payment of 2,000 Euros and a factura of charges to see if savings can be made.

A pool maintenance engineer has looked at the problem and will be returning next week to conduct some tests.

To date the outstanding debt of community owners is 235,500 Euros, Neill proposes to obtain an up to date list of people owing his money and after accurate approval will be approaching the Notario to initiate court proceedings. A notice will be posted in the office to the effect that owners owing fees for 2005/6/7 will be receiving notification that court proceedings will start January 2008. Other notices are being posted in the office reminding owners that stealing electricity & Water from the community is a criminal offence and security measures are now in effect to monitor this, those responsible will be denounced.

A suma bill was received for 427 Euros, after making enquiries is appeared that payments had been received and the bill was modified to 76 Euros.

Three escrituras have bee located which we believe are for the three original owners, this will ease any problems that may arise with regards to their names appearing on other escrituras.
Steve Foley has not received his due back pay and has agreed to wait until Januray. The gardeners who attended the last meeting to submit a quote have been held in abeyance because another quote has been received from Steve Foley, both are to be discussed again in January.

Parking space is to be designated to try to alleviate the hazard of too many cars parked on the road.

Complaints have been received with regards to people who are staying in Simo John's house in his absence being noisy and causing unnecessary aggravation. A letter will be sent to simon informing him.

An owner has acquired three plots adjoining his existing plots and has requested that work be carried out to improve the electricity cabling on these three plots. To date official ownership has not been legally registered with the Administrator. A decision has to be reached as to whose responsibility it is to carry out this work. Electricity & water is supplied to the boundary of the property. Consideration will be taken at a future date.

A reminder to all Community owners, fees are due 1st January 2008, it is a misconception that these fees need not be paid until December 2008 a notice to this effect will be posted in the office.
