List of proposed works for the coming year
1. Priority to get the Gates working and all legal costs to do with this finished
apparently lost the case……..are gates and a barrier the same thing in the eyes of the law…Peter Y
2. To get as much of the common areas on the park, covered with stones etc. to cut down on work and mosquitoes for the future
A vote in retrospect of a 1% increase in Comunidad and lockup fees to be instigated every year on comunidad fees.
Suma charged on Lockups to be added to lockup fees
A list of Debtors to be published each month, as there are payments being made into the Mi-Sol bank account which are untraceable.
Any information mat could be useful to the Community should be put into writing and handed in at the office.
Any questions should be put in writing, together with Name & Plot No. and handed in at the AGM
To answer any questions arising from the AGM
Suggestions regarding any improvements to Mi-Sol Park
Suggestions regarding raising money ..other than from comunidad
persons living in England must make arrangement with a representative to pay their account on time.
The cost of drawing up a certificate in order to take owners to court to be added to that owners account.
Owners who let the administration know in writing, why they are not paying will have their case discussed at a committee meeting and a reply issued before any certificates are drawn up.
