Committee Meeting - 10 December 2009

1. As of this date, Peter Hopkins will be acting as Vice President/Treasurer and
Kate Ellerton will assume Secretarial duties.
2. November 2009 Minutes read and approved.
3. APYME have been paid in full.
4. 612 sent a letter to the committee requesting 610 did not use their property for access. Peter Hopkins translated their letter and sent a copy to Clara.
5. It was agreed that any owner who could prove (with valid receipts) they had paid their fees to "the other side" would have their court cases dropped
6. Plot 401. Legalities for rental/sale of this plot to be checked with Rosario
7. Iberdrola. There will be an increase of 20% in January. Peter Hopkins has sourced other tariffs, but nothing comparable is available to date. We have therefore signed our new contract with Iberdrola.
8. The pool contractor has finished the repairs and the pool will be gradually be refilled. It was agreed that the pool contractor would be liable for the cost of the water used to till the pool. Their account has been paid in full.
9. Torresat requested a T.V. Mast be installed in Mi Sol in the area in front of the office. They would deal with all the legalities, and have offered us a negotiable rent of between 100 and 150 euros per calendar month. It was agreed that this was a community decision to be raised at the September 2010 A.G.M.
10. We have been instructed by the Town Hall to remove the sign at the entrance of Mi Sol advertising the "Jardines de Clara" Discussions are ongoing between Peter Hopkins and the manager of the home.
11. The owner of plot 400 has requested the removal of the pine tree in plot 40 l.
This was agreed.
12. Shelagh Shaw will be talking to the owner of the caravan sited in circle J.
13. We have requested that owners who have paid their fees to "the other side" produce their receipts before the end of this year.
14. New contracts for the lock-ups are now available to be signed .
15. We have had a request from Spanish owners that we change our committee meetings to a Saturday, as many who would like to attend are unable to, due to work commitments. This was agreed, so the next committee meeting will be Saturday 9th. January 2010.
16. Any Other Business a) John Robbins would like a breakdown ofthe cost of the pool. Peter Hopkins will provide the relevant paperwork.
