Court Decision 3rd March 2004
Finally Mi Sol has had it's day in court and the judge has confirmed Jose Lorenzo Riquelme (Pepe) as legal president of the community correctly re-elected at the 2003 AGM until 2006.
With that legal confirmation now behind us, steps can be made to recover our frozen funds from Caja Murcia. Surely now the right and proper thing for the opposing few is to concede defeat and respect the democratic will of the majority of owners.
Your committee is mindful of the presence of those who have undermined the smooth running of Mi Sol for nearly two years. It does not see them as an enemy to be humiliated in defeat. It sees them as misguided neighbours who's confidence and support we as a committee have to earn back.
Mi Sol has always had a lot of potential as a community. We can now choose to acknowledge our common interests and work towards them strengthening our community along the way. Or we can continue to turn our guns inwards on each other, and while we indulge ourselves wasting our energy and resources in senseless infighting like a bunch of moronic hillbillies, external interests will simply bide their time until this community has destroyed itself and take their rich pickings from us.
The choice is yours Mi Sol.
