An administrator has been consulted with regard to professional management of Mi Sol's Accounts and overseeing the legality of calling meetings etc. A second will be consulted for a further estimate before proposing this to committee.

On this day Pepe Simon Danny Cull and Pat Olive attended a meeting with the lawyer. In contradiction to what was reported at the Monthly Meeting, We were informed that the full 69000 € funds frozen by Caja Murcia have been requested to be put in control of the court. The judge will decide on the 29th April 2004 whether we receive our full claimed 69000 or the 45000 which Caja Murcia say is due to us.

We informed our Lawyer that members have been receiving notification of an AGM called by "Secretary" Dianne Caroll. We have requested a draft letter from the lawyer which we can distribute to all members regarding the legality and relevance of such a meeting.

The lawyer said that this could be collected on Monday. Members will be advised as a precaution against misrepresentation, not to sign anything at such a meeting if they decide to attend.
