Pepe is waiting for an appointment to see the Lawyer about the consequences of the meeting called by Dianne Carroll on the 17th April 2004 It was pointed out that most of the members interested in holding this meeting have outstanding invoices from 2003. This nullifies their voting rights under the Law of Horizontal Properties at any meeting.

Pepe has sent a letter to all the Spaniards on Mi-Sol regarding the letter sent out by Diane Carroll.

After the AGM held on the 27th September 2003, the originals of the forms used to sign in the voters was taken by Antonio Escuduro. Pepe has photocopies of these forms which are stamped with the home made stamp used by Antonio Escuduro, proving that the voting was known and agreed to at that time by Antonio Escuduro.

An estimate was submitted by Juan Muñoz 11,800€ for renewing of the area surrounding the 2 swimming pools.
This estimate was accepted by all at the Committee meeting.
The work has now started.

A second estimate was submitted by Juan Muñoz for extending the area around the pool, this was rejected as the price was too expensive.

A 3rd letter has been sent (on the 24.-3-2004) to the Bar Tenent (Javier) giving 7 days notice to pay his debt or vacate the bar. It will take at least two weeks for it to go through the courts.

Lyn Jimenez has been asked if she could contact a tree surgeon on behalf of Mi-Sol.

The Committee was told an embargo (for €20.000.00) has been placed on the Bar by the Social Security regarding unpaid amounts relating to Ricky Jimenez. Pepe has applied to the Land Registry of a copy of the Copia Simple.

In View of the above, An Association of Vecinos is now more than ever essential for the protection of Mi Sol Assets.
The committee all agreed to go ahead with this. Pepe needs to take the Escrituras of the Bar and Mi-Sol Park to the lawyers.

A further appointment with the Administrators to be made.

Jaime Aalemán Garcia of Alemán Abogados, C/Pedro Lorca 15, 2-B, Torrevieja, is handling the paperwork relating to the debts incurred by Clara (ex-Supermarket)

The committee agreed that the next tenant of the Bar will be under a Leasehold Tenancy
