The trees are being pruned, there was a problem relating to the rubbish but this has been resolved.

The quote for the pruning of the 53 palm trees was 20 Euros per tree. The decision was taken to put this on hold for the time being.

Under Spanish law, rubbish should NOT be put into the bins until after 9.00 p.m.

The problem that the Graffiti Artists had with the police, has now been resolved and the boys are back at their painting

The company dealing with the pool, had agreed to a 10,000.00 Euro down payment and 4,000.00 per month providing the bank would supply a letter of guarantee. This was not forthcoming from the Banco Popular.

An email has been received from a certain owner stating that if the pool is not fixed, then Comunidad will be withheld. They did not say how this is helping the situation. At present there are approximately 235,00.00 Euros. outstanding.. If all owners paid on time there would be plenty of money to repair the pool.

Another quote has been received for the pool valued at 55,482.00 Euros.

The car that used to belong to Jerry Conway was discussed as Phil (Iris’s Son) and Shaun had been attempting to get it to go. Phil also was under the impression that he could use the Bingo shed for his own purposes. Neill called him over to the committee table and made sure that he knew this was not the case.

Tony Evans has had the strimmer repaired at a cost of 60.00 Euros.

Axel Hanson has still not been given a Danish translation asking him to remove his illegal build.

The approximate cost of a hand pushed road sweeper is 300 Euros.
