Meeting opened with explanation ref. new minute taker, also the use of a Dictaphone, there were no objections.
Bank statement - €26,732
C McCarthy visited the lawyers 21/04/2008 - questions put (1) Mr Conway's plot 401, (2) front gates, (3) Clara, see attached report. A discussion followed the reading of the report and Neill suggested the 3rd option, removal of property for storage to allow sale of the plot - voted for unanimously. (P Olive commented that D Olive would not be buying any more Mi-Sol land).
Both neighbours of plot 401 have been given first refusal, suggestion that it is sold to the highest bidder with closed tender. Agreed unanimously. Confirmation of lawyers advice requested for in writing by P Whitehead. Neill proposed that the land only be sold - agreed unanimously. Interested buyers should submit their bids to APYME, bids below €12,000 will not be accepted. Closing date for potential bids is the AGM in September when the administrator will reveal the successful buyer.
Plot 582 - it was voted for at a previous meeting to offer this plot to A Arnold, she has indicated verbally to P Olive that she has no interest at the price offered, Neill will write to A Arnold to ascertain her intentions.
Clara - more signatures are required on the petition drawn up by Neill and posted in the office as advised by lawyer. Investigation suggested to ascertain the drainage outlet from Clara's caravans, Neill will consult with D Olive, J Munoz and J Warswick and will report his findings at a future meeting.

L Foley to report back re the gardening contractors at a later meeting due to her absence today.
Court case - Elche -judgement expected in two weeks.
The artists involved in painting the exterior wall have been contacted and have assured Neill that the work will continue.
Pepe has expressed his concern to Neill with regards the increase in rent for his lockup, he states that any increase is illegal and can only be agreed at an AGM. This matter needs to be put on the agenda for September. More demands for Social Security payments received to the amount of €309.60, also two payments for €486.12 and €268.49 respectively, tax payment for the services of APYME.
Swimming pool contract — the first payment is due next week, cheque for Euro 10,000 signed by Neill and counter-signed by J Hanrahan.
Payment for APYME €1254.04, cheque signed and counter-signed.
Discussion regarding the two court cases pending. Neill explained the situation.
P Olive queried the meters used by Pepe, Neill to investigate and report back at a future meeting.
