We are now in the position to be able to use the services of an assistant for Lucas, he is also self employed and will submit an invoice for payment.

3.         The pool contractor has contacted the president to inform her that a diver will be brought in 09/05/ to repair the dislodged tiles on the bottom of the pool. This is covered by the guarantee.

4.         Quotes for the repair of valves and the re-siting of the electricity box in the pump house have been obtained by P Hopkins. It was agreed to go ahead with the repair of the valves and also to have an automatic timer installed which will switch the pump on and off when required. Estimated cost €693.68.

5.         Twenty one tons of Zahora gravel was delivered last week for the bottom of the park as the state of the road had become dangerous. It is a temporary measure until there are enough funds to think about tarmac. This will be put onto the agenda for the AGM in September for owners' approval or not.
