Hi Mi-Solites 10/02/2010
There was a committee meeting held last Saturday, minutes published on the Mi-Sol Press web site http://www.misolpress.blogspot.com/ I and some other people put letters in. I asked for my letter to be minuted, but it wasn't so here it is below:

In reference to the minutes of the meeting held 09/01/2010 and other matters concerning Mi-Sol Park.
1. Concerning Item 2 of the minutes dated 09/01/2010.
The previous committee tried several times to contact Mr. Conway's son without any success. Copies of all correspondence will be filed either under his plot number 401 or under the year it took place 2005.
2. Concerning item 10 of the minutes dated 09/01/2010.
I was under the impression that all "structures" had to have their outcomes decided at an AGM, so firstly is this a committee matter, and secondly as it has been erected for a number of years, surely the four year rule applies and it automatically becomes legal. If not, where is the letter from the town hall informing Mi-Sol park to take down the structure.
3. The electricity unit charge seems to have been increased as from October, at what date did Iberdrola increase the charge to Mi-Sol Park.
4. At what date was it minuted that the price of the lockup's would be decreased.
5. Could you inquire from Rosario if the same law in England which states holiday homes may be disconnected from utilities, applies in Spain?
6. What is being done about the person person who allegedly received 800 Euros from the Rest Home, but did not give this to the elected committee.
