MINUTES OF MEETING OF MI SOL COMMITTEE WHICH TOOK PLACE IN THE OFFICE OF MI SOL PARK ON 1ST JUNE 2010
In Attendance were:

THE COMMITTEE
Co-opted onto the committee temporarily are Pat Olive and Pat Ainger this is so that the office can remain open Monday to Saturday. Carol May has stated that she would gladly help out if required. On duty for each of those days will be:
Monday Shelagh
Tuesday Peter Hopkins
Wednesday Pat Olive
Thursday Dot or Carol
Friday Pat Ainger
Saturday Lynne
Shelagh stated that Neil Stacey on the previous Sunday objected to the committee meeting for 1st June 2010 because he feels he wanted 5 days notice.
THE POOL
Maintenance for the pool chemicals is 3,000 euros for the period 15th June to 15th September. A further payment will be required for 1st June to 14th June inclusive.
Pat Olive suggested that if Tony Braims (would like to do it) he should be allowed to clean the terrace areas and toilets. Peter Hopkins is going to check what the minimum wage is before Social Security payments are required and is also waiting for a quote from a private company to clean the same area.
ACCOUNTS
Peter is still waiting for a letter from the lawyer regarding Mrs Taunton’s resignation and an assessor is coming on Thursday 3rd June for a possible quote for the accounts.
