Retraction of Unofficial Minutes

Following the meeting in the office on Tuesday lst June 2010, the committee was waiting for a draft copy of the minutes which were taken by Lynne Jimenez but being typed up by Pat Aingcr.
Last night the committee received a copy of the minutes from Pat Aingcr, but unfortunately, after checking with the other members of the committee, it does not bare resemblance to the meeting that in fact took place.
The committee did not vote on anything in that meeting, but did agree that the office needed cover for the days that the committee members, who felt that they needed to resign, did.
It was specified adamantly that no vote on the subject matters brought up should be taken, until we had the confirmation in writing from the lawyer we have on retainer whom are there for the communities' legal advice.
The committee was going to speak to the typist to ask for the corrections to be made before they were officially published, unfortunately, P. Olive published the minutes on her blog.
Therefore the committee has no other choice but to retract the minutes published.
